Many years ago in high school, my journalism teacher taught me that the pen is mightier than the sword and that a picture is worth a thousand words.
I also believe that satire, combined with the pen and a photo can be a way to look at society, both good and bad.
With that idea in mind, I have started a social and political satire gallery called: The Life and Times of Harry Vermin, who along with his wife Sally and family, live inside a mouse hole on Independence Ave. in Washington, DC.
I will look at current events and use life experiences to express my thoughts in each image, so you may laugh, agree to disagree or just scratch your head.......in any case, if that happens I have done my job.
